We want you to get the greatest possible value from MedaBytes services. That's why we put together popular service packages with everything you need to support your office infrastructure. Just pick the package that is right for you.
MedaBytes Packages
MedaBytes service packages - Standard, Professional and Premium - are competitively priced to give any practice “more bang for their buck”. Whether an office needs one hour of service to 40 or more, MedaBytes cost-effective plans will fit anyone’s needs.
Standard - The Standard package is an "open rate", priced hourly for individuals who may only need occasional assistance.
Members: $90 hour
Non-members: $110 hour
Professional - The Professional Package is perfect for a smaller practice or office who may need more support.
Members: $1,600 for 20 hours
Non-members: $2,000 for 20 hours
Premium - The Premium Package is the best value for a large individual or group practice/office that has more than five employees and may need more technical support.
Members: $2,800 for 40 hours
Non-members: $3,600 for 40 hours
Technical support will be provided during normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday) either onsite or remote.
Annual Service plan is based on anniversary of signing up, not calendar year. Hours of service are non-transferable and do not roll into and are not banked into following years' agreement. If hours of service are exceeded, standard hourly rates apply or the customer has the option of renewing the agreement for another year under the same terms. Annual rate is not prorated or refunded if customer utilizes less hours (or no hours) upon conclusion of annual agreement.
Annual Service plan does not include any hardware or software costs and hours of service cannot be used in conjunction with special projects. Special project pricing will include labor and hardware/software necessary to complete the job.
