Hours purchased with a package expire after one year and are based on the anniversary of signing up, not calendar year. Hours are non-transferable and do not roll into or banked into following years' agreement. If hours of service are exceeded, standard hourly rates apply. Annual rate is not prorated or refunded if customer utilizes less hours (or no hours) upon termination of annual agreement.
Service packages do not include any hardware or software costs and hours of service cannot be used in conjunction with special projects. Special project pricing will included labor and hardware/software necessary to complete the job. |
