| Not necessarily, in most cases we can troubleshoot your problem using remote assistance software.

| Does MedaBytes stand behind its work? |
| Yes, MedaBytes guarantees service provided to you at your home or business for 30 days; however, for repairs necessitated by a virus or spyware, the 30 day warranty is only valid if the anti-virus and anti-spyware protection for your product is installed or updated during the repair or before you access the internet again.

| What do I need to do before MedaBytes visits my office or home? |
| An individual of at least 18 years of age must be present and authorized to allow access to home or office when services are provided by MedaBytes. A MedaBytes TSR (Technical Service Representative) must receive full access to the product(s) to be serviced, access to your residence, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, and a safe working environment, working space and/or electrical power. Upon arrival the TSR will provide you with proper identification.
